A Pimp, a Pastor, and a Politician Walk Into a Bar

Based on true events. Lol

The vibe was cool, the lighting was perfect, and even the smoke added to the aesthetic.

They were all dressed nicely.

The pimp was wearing a white suit.

The pastor was wearing a grey suit.

The politician was wearing a black suit.

I don’t know why, but if I had to guess, I’d say it was either because of a business meeting, a recent funeral, or a recent wedding. Neither of which are my concern. I was at the jukebox looking for a song to play, minding my business.

The bartender asked them what they’re having.

The pimp ordered a shot of something.

The pastor ordered a glass of wine and a separate glass of water.

The politician ordered a glass of water, a bottle of scotch, and a bottle of wine from the top shelf. “And can you grab me three empty glasses, please?” the politician asked.

The bartender walked off to get their order together. The pimp, the pastor, and the politician all glanced at her when she walked off. Not long enough to be a “gaze”, but long enough to notice how relatively attractive she was. Most of the wall the shelves were on were mostly made of mirror, and they didn’t notice that from her angle, the bartender picked up on it, then she looked at herself, and quickly moved a side of her hair behind her ear, showing more of her face.

Good ol’ nature natures, huh?

The jukebox was on the opposite end of the bar table, so when she looked in the mirror, she could see that I caught that quick move she pulled. Lol

Then she turned around, looked at me, and squinted her eyes at me before smirking at me and getting their orders together. Lol

In an almost-telepathic moment, it looked like she was jokingly telling me to shut up.. lol so I just looked away so I wouldn’t bust out laughing. I ain’t judging neither nan nun of ‘em… lol.

I smiled and went back to looking for a song on the jukebox. I selected “Diary” by Alicia Keys and got up and made my exit. I knew I’d see her again.

As soon as it started playing, she cut her eyes at me through the mirror and did one of those gestures where she was trying to contain her laughter. Lol hilarious.

Lol I could make an entire series about this.

People are funny as hell.
