Their Type of (Love +/- Like) is Trash

It’s the easiest thing to discard when it’s coming from someone who only sees transactions.

If they “love” you but don’t like you, then they don’t really love you either.

At the very best, they’re being civil towards you. That’s not love, that’s submission to authority.

That’s like pretending to show compassion towards people not because you love or believe in God, but because you fear the consequences of NOT being validated by whatever belief system you subscribe to. That’s cowardice. It’s understandable, but it’s not love.

They’re more like the type of folks that’ll watch and admire you in secret, won’t support you or openly say anything good about you, but’ll hop on the bandwagon of whoever’s against you by shifting the focus only to things that “they” don’t like about you.

Some of them have that Helga from “Hey Arnold!” kind of vibe going on.

What do I know, though.. right? I’m the type of guy that would write “Malachi 3:8” on a dollar bill before throwing it in their offering plates and getting the hell outta there… for the sake of principle. Lol…
